At the Huawei Developer Conference (HDC 2024) on June 22, Huawei held a special forum for developer service providers under the theme "Partnering with HarmonyOS Ecosystem Developers to Drive Data-AI Transformation Across Industries". The forum showcased the latest advancements in the HarmonyOS ecosystem and collaboration models with service providers. Outstanding partners were invited to share their practical experiences, and awards were given to those with significant contributions in industry solutions. The HarmonyOS native healthcare application solution "Zhikanghui", jointly developed by iSoftStone and Peking University Third Hospital, won Huawei's HarmonyOS Ecosystem "Industry Solution Innovation Award". This is the second time iSoftStone has received this award, following the success of the Tang Paradise project.
HarmonyOS Ecosystem Industry Solution Innovation Award
Zhikanghui is a native HarmonyOS app for functional assessment and remote rehabilitation based on S-TAG smart wearable devices. It aims to provide users with precise exercise and health rehabilitation services. The app collects users' gait data, such as gait parameters, symmetry index, and joint angles, using S-TAG smart wearable devices. Combining users' basic data, gait data, and rehabilitation algorithms with a large rehabilitation model, the app accurately assesses users' exercise injury conditions. It then generates personalized rehabilitation prescriptions and includes features such as check-in functions to monitor and record patients' rehabilitation progress. Thanks to this design, Zhikanghui offers users a smoother, more AI native, and more user-friendly native experience.
During the HDC 2024, Wang Yue, President of Huawei Terminal Cloud Developer Services and Platforms Department, Jiang Dong, Associate Director and Chief Physician of the Sports Medicine Department at Peking University Third Hospital, and Xie Xiaowei, iSoftStone HarmonyOS Ecosystem Application Pre-sales Manager, participated in the "Starlight Dialogue". They discussed the background, process, effects, and significance of the creation of Zhikanghui, as well as the advantages of HarmonyOS. Wang Yue expressed the hope that the three parties would continue to collaborate deeply and explore and develop Zhikanghui over the next three to five years, making it a benchmark for the integration of technology and healthcare and promoting it throughout the sports rehabilitation field. Jiang Dong believes that Zhikanghui significantly improves the medical experience, enhances rehabilitation efficiency, and reduces time costs. Xie Xiaowei mentioned that in the future, Zhikanghui will integrate AI technology to provide more intelligent and humanized services.
In his presentation on "Empowering Health with Technology: Co-creating a New Ecosystem for Sports Medicine with HarmonyOS", Jiang Dong, Associate Director and Chief Physician of the Sports Medicine Department at Peking University Third Hospital, highlighted that Zhikanghui, developed by Peking University Third Hospital and iSoftStone based on HarmonyOS, automatically organizes and analyzes patients' exercise function data to generate preliminary assessment results and rehabilitation prescriptions. Additionally, the strong reminder function ensures patients adhere to their rehabilitation training schedule, aiding in their swift recovery. This greatly reduces doctors' workloads, effectively alleviates the difficulty of accessing medical services for patients, and helps address the uneven distribution of medical resources.

As technology continues to advance, iSoftStone's HarmonyOS native healthcare application solution "Zhikanghui" has ample room for growth. With the enhancement of the HarmonyOS AI framework and big data processing capabilities, the solution can integrate more advanced machine learning models. This will not only optimize existing rehabilitation algorithms but also predict injury risks and intervene early, transitioning from passive response to proactive rehabilitation. In addition, as the HarmonyOS ecosystem continues to flourish, the integration of more partners and third-party services will provide Zhikanghui with numerous collaboration opportunities. For instance, partnerships with medical institutions, fitness trainers, and nutritionists can offer users more comprehensive health management services. At the same time, iSoftStone will continue to invest in research and development, leveraging the innovations and technologies provided by HarmonyOS system iterations. By applying the latest technologies to the project, we aim to create differentiated functions, promote sustainable project development, and provide users with a superior experience.
